Phra Khon Samor was invented in the middle of the Ayutthaya era. Most of them were made to be Buddha amulets representing each day of the week. Buddha amulets are outstanding in being very powerful, both invulnerable and safe.It is also the only type of amulet that the King Rama IX always wore on his neck.
